I have checked the photos for both Cambodia and Thailand (Koh Kong borders Thailand) and not found it.
Any help with ID is appreciated.

Probably, it is a Pterolophia (Pteropliini)... a very nice species.
Unfortunately, I have not got all descriptions (those I checked are different) and I fear that more than the 7 species inhabit Cambodia.
