P. serrata is different enough acc the type picture here: https://apps2.cdfa.ca.gov/publicApps/plant/bycidDB/wdetails.asp?id=37674&w=o
additionally my spm has very interesting fore femurs with a small teeth and hollowed out underneath (somewhat to see left)

It is Pterolophia serrata Gressitt, 1938. Specimens here from China ( pages 1 & 2 )
