Looks like an Apomecynini to me... 15 mm from Thailand

I am like you : I see some small differences in the drawing, but general habitus is the same ( black knees, shape of scapus, bicolor antenna, etc).

Interesting, it is a good match (but not perfect) to the holotype from the Bishop, do you really think it is the same?

It seems to be Pseudostesilea rondoni Breuning, 1965, not an Apomecynini but a Pteropliini.

probably genus Iproca, but such species are described in Atrichocera, Neosybra, Ropicosybra and even in Sybra too, a further very confused group, your pictured sp I don't know.
