Might it be Falsostesilea puncticollis Breuning, 1940?
BL-9mm
Ngoc Linh Mt. Kon Tum Prov.,C.Vietnam.

Pterolophia tonkinensis Breuning, 1938 from Vietnam has the same elytral structure; same size also. It should be this species.

Hmmm...I do not think it is Pterolophia occidentalis Schwarzer, 1931
It is different species.
I attach three other photos. Maybe they can help..

That's not a Falsostesilea, I think a Pteropliini, but no idea in this momment.
