Tragocephala nobilis, not for sure: it is a species with yellow pattern and a transverse spots at the elytral apex.
Here you can see a small series.

Possibly, T. castnia. Which is the colour of the ventral side?

For me it's Tragocephala nobilis (Fabricius) 1787
