I wrote lugens but I thought Poemenesperus phrynetoides or imitans!
Knowing that there is more chance for phrynetoides than imitans!
All this to say that Poemenesperus lugens (Phryneta lugens White) was transferred to the genus Tragon by Teocchi in 1989 (Nat Sci Bull) and thus Pachystolini, if I remember correctly? Presence of a median furrow on tibia, absent in Phryneta (among other characters). Sorry for this error! |

Oui Jérôme, tu as bien raison, donc Tragocephalini. Poimenesperus phrynetoides peut être en voyant le deuxième article antennaire ainsi sombre? |

Seen the elytral and especially pronotal configuration I shall opt for Poemenesperus lugens White or phrynetoides Jordan, which explains its strong resemblance with Phryneta; moreover, I think that it is more about phrynetoides that lugens! |
