French overseas territories consist of all French areas outside Europe such as French Guyana, island territories in the Pacific, Atlantic, and Indian oceans, including Comores, where this species (Frea johannae indeed) is found.
I can also read from the label Mavingouni, which is a locality on Ngazidja island of Comores.
So, the locality is correct.

Are you sure the locality is correct?
This looks like Frea johannae to me, an African species.
