It's a Cleptometopus sp.. I see 2 species ( or more ?? ) possible on Malaysian peninsular : Cleptometopus cameroni Breuning, 1972 and Cleptometopus simillimus Breuning, 1947 . I can't help more, sorry.

It is an Agapathini, and may be a Cleptometopus sp. or a Pothyne . I'm afraid we can't go further with your picture.
