After Carolus Holzschuh very similar to Tetraglenes diuroides Ritsema, 1885.

According to what I can see, it is probably a new species of Tetraglenes or Antennohyllisia.
Frankly, I do not well understand the difference between these genera (the former has antennae glabrous or pubescent at both sides, the latter pubescent at the internal side)... actually, your insect seems to have the characters of both: habitus of the latter and antennae of the former.
The most similar species seems to be Tetraglenes flavovittatus Brn.
