No, Nedine longipes is another species with hind femora very different ( black club ). Specimen from Paksan is Parostedes tonkinensis Breuning, 1977.

Actually, Parorsidis belongs to the Ancylonotini and this species seems to have an apical ridge on the scape... although its aspect similar to the Acanthocinini.

Four species are present in Laos.

It is ratherish alike to some Ostedes. Around group O. inermis Schwarzer, 1925 or O. kadleci Danilevsky,1992 in my view.
