With the aid of Breuning I get this beetle as Jordanoleiopus africanus (Jordan, 1894).
The description fits perfectly.
Unfortunately, the only picture I can find is this one. It is really bad, but with a certain portion of imagination one can see the similarity with the photo above. |

Probably, a Jordanoleiopus Lepesme & Breuning, 1955.
Unfortunately, I do not have the keys to these species. |
