Your species should be Atrichocera laosensis Breuning, 1965.

Hello Andre,
I do not think that your species is Ropicosybra spinipennis Pic 1926, because apical tooth are too long.
Then, it could be Ropicosybra albopubens (Pic, 1926) or Ropicosybra coomani (Pic, 1926) ?... but I have not seen those both holotypes.
