I believe this is an Ichthyodes.
about 21 mm
Anybody know the species?

Breuning described the v. affinis Breuning, 1982 from Mindanao to I. biguttulus this resembles your species Dan well, but this name in infrasubspecifical.

I don't think this is I. biguttatus. I have that species and will post a photo of it soon.
I don't think it is I. jackmani, either, but it is a possibility.
I need to correct statements in Hüdepohl's descriptions for several species from the Philippines. He listed the type depository for I. jackmani as "Houston University Museum", but there is no such institution. Ichthyodes jackmani is deposited at the Texas A&M University Entomology Collection, where the late Dr. Jackman worked.
