Despite yellow spots (white in a previous beetle), which are also larger and seem to be more grouped, I still suspect this beetle to be also A. parumpunctata.

9 mm.
Vertex also without punctation, legs somewhat reddish brown.

With the spots arranged in bands this seems more to be Apomecyna parumguttata Breuning, 1938.
