thanks Xavier, yes my spm fits well with the type picture of this species.

I think it is Falsoropicoides laosensis Breuning, 1965 like this couple from Laos.

maybe the fig.1377 page 119 in Hua et al. (2009) is wrong, at this picture I see a spine in the middle of the left fore femur, or it that a artefact.

In this case, fig.1377 page 119 in Iconography of Chinese longicorn beetles (Hua &al, 2009) is also wrong.

furthermore, the middle tibia are without a furrow, not easy to see at the picture, I have no opinion about the tribe.

thanks both, good idea, the sps on the picture linked by Xavier is really similar to my spm, but I don't believe this is T. albofasciata, the ID should be wrong, according to material I have seen in the collection of CH.

I found the original description and Hayashi stated that claws are opposite. Thus, he inserted this genus into Rhodopini.
Xavier Posted - 08/04/2015 : 14:51:53
Do you think this Taiwanajinga albofasciata Hayashi, 1978 could be an Apomecynini too ?
I can not have a good see of the claws on the picture linked.
Francesco Posted - 08/04/2015 : 14:33:38
Good idea Xavier!
However, the claws are not opposite; thus, it belong to Apomecynini.

Have a look to this species from Taiwan.
Your specimen could belong to a close genus of Desmiphorini tribe.

Mmmhm... mesotibias furrowed: surely not Pteropliini.
I'd say Apomecynini.
