It has an uncanny resemblance to Sybra bioculata but this may not be the one... any help is welcome

I'm not sure is it bioculata tigrina because your spm looks very slim.

probably Sybra bioculata tigrina Breuning, 1964 described from Assam, the two black macules beside the scutellum maybe a variable feature within the bioculata-group.
