6mm, Sierra Madre, Aurora, E. Luzon, Philippines.

It fits with the description of Cylindroplocia pseudobityle Heller, 1924.
Then, which name is correct ?
Cylindroplocia pseudobityle Heller, 1924 ?
Sybra pseudobityle (Heller, 1924) ?
Sybra (Cylindroplocia) pseudobityle (Heller, 1924) ?
Mycerinopsis pseudobityle (Heller, 1924) ?

Ok, thank you. I change the label

In our first paper on Sybra we reinstalled the genus Bityle as a valid genus, indeed we gave only a remark that the genus Cylindroplocia probably is syn. of Bityle, in the next paper we'll make the new comb. for the acc sps.

We will try to solve this problem in our next Apomecynini publication (in work).
Specimens would be very welcome

La réponse est ici.

En résumant: le dernier nom valide est Sybra (Cylindroplocia) pseudobityle, mais probablement le sous-genre Cylindroplocia est synonyme de Bytile (chose encore ŕ vérifier et publier).
