I have made a mistake looking for the description after having read the key.
It is Oeax collaris Jordan, 1903.

After reexamination, the prothorax has an obtuse tooth; thus, it is a female of Oeax (Ancylonotini).
It well fits Oeax triangularis (White, 1858), of which you can see a drawing of the male done by Pascoe (1864).

It belongs to Ancylonotyni, possibly, Idactus.
I search to improve the picture.
