I think Falsotrachystola torquata Holzschuh 2007
MONO Posted - 14/08/2016 : 16:55:40
Maybe Falsotrachystola sp. China

Surely not Hechinoschema, which is a winged species (Lamiini).

I'd check Morimopsini or Phrissomini.
Does the scape show an apical cicatrix?

Comparing to type picture, it is not H. vitalisi Pic; I know nothing about the second one, Hechinoschema spinosa Thomson, 1857.
It might also belong to another genus.

thanks...definitely an odd ball looking species.

It looks like a Hechinoschema sp.
