The literature says S. mediocostata is devoid of groove on tibiae and first segment of protarsi but i see grooves on this one?...

It is rightly a female of Spinimegopis (pronotum spined) of the group cingalensis (observe the strange insertion of the 3rd antennal joint).
You can read the revision of this genus here made by our Gandalf.
The only species of this group on the continent is Spinimegopis mediocostata (Gressitt, 1950).
