I have reconsidered this specimen and I think it may be (or is very close to) Megobaralipton mandibulare (Fairmaire, 1899) from China.
You can see this species in the Iconography of the Chine Longicorn Beetles at p. 3, n° 33.

Male of Aegosomatini, maybe Aegolipton, but I am not sure...
