Sorry Claude, my mistake, the label said it was photographed in Madagascar. (the other photos from the same guy were from S Africa)

It could be a specimen female of Tropidoprion pfeifferae.
See if there are any apical spines on elytra.

J'ai la révision des Macrotomini de la région malgache de Quentin et Villiers (1973), et je me serais volontiers lancé pour tenter la détermination, mais vu la photo, il n'est pas possible de voir certains caractères nécessaires pour suivre la clé, dommage !

I would like also to say Phlyctenosis but picture is not sufficiently close (there is also Trichophysis, ....)

I'd say a female of Phlyctenosis (Macrotomini)... another difficult group.
