I have numerous Psalidognathus from Colombia. The green ones are always P. friendii friendii Gray, 1831.

P. friendii may also be blue-ish, reddish, or even somewhat golden.

I believe that the differences between friendii and superbus are difficult to define. They share a common ancestor and of course there may still be some hybridization.

can anyone determine?
