Prionini tribe, see in Prionus, Mesoprionus, or Dorysthenes. I can't see the shape of the mandibles clearly, are they bent backwards? Perhaps a female of M. asiaticus? There are many species of Asian Prionus and I don't know them all... the antennal segmentation reminds me more of the genus Dorysthenes...
