Psapharochrus jaspideus (Germar, 1824) cut out from a dead Alnus branch on Fajal Island (Acores), new for this island, and the only sps of this genus (introduced) of the Azores islands, anybody can confirm this species (I'm not familiar with "western" groups).
Size of about 20 mm.
