Yes... the only problem is that this "subspecies" is only know for males, while all females coming from the same localities are perfectly similar to the typical form.
For that reason, I suggested (here) to consider this form a simple male variety of the typical one.
Actually, I do not know if these forms occupy a definite area in order to really constitute true subspecies...
