I think it may be Krasn me Caucasus = Krasn[odar] me[ridional] Caucasus.

Morimus verecindus is a, poorly different, subspecies of asper.

From this area, it is possibly Morimus verecundus (Faldermann, 1836), but I can't say more from your picture.
