What about Miccolamia (Laomiccolamia) thailandensis Breuning & Chûjô, 1966 ,it makes more sens, no ? (but I do not know this species).
Miccolamia savioi Gressitt, 1940 here has a similar pattern. Holschuh described 7 more species (to check also). |

But can only find from Japan |

This beetle seems to belong to Miccolamia rather than Mimogyaritus. |

Mimogyaritus is a monospecific genus... |
