Assuming Mimozotale is correct, using the Breuning 1975 key,
this one seems to be Mimozotale minuta Pic, described from Tonkin.

Of course looking at types would be needed to confirm.

Similar sps are described in different genera, maybe Mimozotale Breuning, 1951 is near or right.
