Posted - 20/03/2016 : 09:01:20 I do not know if the picture here is a true Zotalemimon procerum (Pascoe, 1859), and I think it is very hard to separate those species without checking holotypes. Breuning (1975) in Révision des Desmiphorini wrote :
- inferior lobe eyes shorter than cheeks, 3rd antennomera 2 X longer than scape -> Zotalemimon flavolineatum (Breuning, 1975)
- inferior lobe eyes much shorter than cheeks , 3rd antennomera 2,5 X longer than scape->Zotalemimon procerum (Pascoe, 1859)

Then, in the text about Z. procerum, Breuning talks about 4 "granules " in line at base of elytra, so your specimen could be Zotalemimon procerum (Pascoe, 1859) |
