Thank you very much for the help...

yes Miccolamia is the right genus for your sps and close to M. savioi Gressitt, 1940, furthermore I can exclude the species described by Holzschuh 2003, 2010 and Pesarini & Sabbadini, 1996 all are different.
Probably your sps is new for science
sangamesh Posted - 03/09/2016 : 20:13:31
can this be Miccolamia?...

nomenclature change

Matsuo, S. & J. Yamasako. 2011. A new replacememt name, Languriomiccolamia, nom. nov. for Languriomorpha Fisher, 1925 (Coleoptera, Cerambycidae, Lamiinae, Desmiphorini). Jap. J. Sys Ent. 17 (1): 67-68.

I have never seen this genus from Borneo.
Languriomiccolamia is still apparently known from only the holotype from Sandakan, Sabah.

the specimen looks similar in habitus to Languriomorpha but has many differences, apparently seen are: the eyes are not divided; antennae is not pedunculate rather it is bulbous... actually elytral base does not have spines but it is bulged a bit (like a ridge)...

maybe Languriomorpha Fisher (Desmiphorini), I see spines at the elytral base in your spm, maybe a sexual dimorphism, see also:
