Looks similar to Falsostesilea Breuning, 1940 but this genus is unknown from Philippine islands |

Hello Gerard.
Your Specimens is completely different from the Sybra alternans group and Sybra fuscovittata is a Syn. from Sybra alternans.
Sybra vittaticollis A., 1927 is nearly your Specimen, but different. You can see a Typ - picture by Larry`s Homepage. But after the description is the Typ in Stockholm  . That problem with Types from Wash. we have not the first time by Sybra.
We have from this group several Spec. with no name, especially from Philippines.
