A Sarmydus, I think. Probably antennatus, but I don't know the other spec. of this genus...

Male of Sarmydus antennatus Pascoe, 1867.
Sarmydus subcoriaceus (Hope, 1831) is widespread in the Himalayan region and S. fujishiroi Drumont, 2006 in Vietnam and South China.
