Hallo Robert.
The spec. is a male of Sybra biguttata Aurivilius, 1927.
Sybra negrosensis Breuning, 1947 is a synonym.
You can see by Weigel & Skale, 2009: Zur Systematik, Taxonomie und Faunistik der Apomecynini der orientalischen und australischen Region (Coleoptera: Cerambycidae: Lamiinae). Revision der Gattung Sybra Pascoe, 1865, Teil 1./ Vernate 28/ 2009, Erfurt.
