Je crée un nouveau sujet pour cette espèce qui nous a posé des problèmes; il s'agit de Chlorophorus copiosus Holzschuh, 1991 décrit dans Gressitt & Rondon (1970) comme une subsp ? de Chlorophorus arciferus.
