I think it is Gestriana superba (Gestro, 1888), Callichromatini.
First identified picture on the Web.

This is Gestriana pubemaculata Huang, Zhou & Chen, 2006.
A corresponding work on this is almost completed and will be published at the end of 2022.
At the moment this species is syn. with Gestriana superba (Löbl & Smetana 2010, Bentanachs 2012, Titan, ......). But I could not find an official act for synonymisation with Gestriana superba Gestro, 1888.
