Exatly, it should be a Dichostates Thomson, 1860 (or Dichostatoides according to Teocchi). |

The species (with yellow spots, from Zanzibar) was described by Fairmaire (1897, Ann. Soc. ent. Fr. LXVI: 154); the variety (with white spots, from Delagoa) by Breuning (1942, Nov. ent. 75: 32). |
