Yes, I have seen this species in Holzschuh (2007), but I don't see white color on his picture for 8th, 9th and 10th antennomeres.
Have you read the description ?

9&10 should be white in females only; but it is the type locality.

Thank you horshehden. Here the picture from Holzschuh's publication to compare with my specimen. So, it seems to be Parastrangalis aurigena Holzschuh, 2007
