I have a pair just from Guangxi.
On the basis of the locality, it should be Mesoereis yunnana Breuning, 1974, since the genotype M. koshunensis Matsushita, 1933 should be present only in Taiwan (and Ryu-Kyu).

Nonetheless, the book of China mentions "Henan" (NE-China) among the localities colonised by the latter species.
Honestly, I do not observe a big difference in comparison with these specimens (variable!) from Taiwan.

There probably helps only a comparison of the types.
Thank you, Francesco.

it may be Trichomesosa bifasciata (Pic, 1925) (= Ereis bifasciata Pic, 1925).
Please see the holotype here.

According to Breuning, Trichomesosa is "entirely covered of raised hairs".
Is it so, Andre?

Die Haare sind da....jede Menge....nur schweer zu fotografieren . Um die anderen Bilder hat mich Nasa gebeten. Ich denke auch, das es sich um T. bifasciata handelt.

According to Yamasako & Lin (2015), Mesoereis Matsushita, 1933 = Trichomesosa Breuning, 1938 n. syn.; therefore, this species belongs to Mesoereis... as we all rightly supposed.

This genus includes only two species:
M. horiana (Breuning & Ohbayashi, 1966) from the Ryukyu and
M. bifasciata (Pic, 1925) from south-eastern China, Taiwan and Vietnam (this species)

M. koshunensis is synonym of M. bifasciata.
