Looks like Glenea pendleburyi, but I dont see that pale band on the pronotal base on my other specimen, and the apical elytral pale spots are united here, whereas they are divided on my other specimen.

It is Glenea (s. str.) dimidiata dimidiata (Fabricius, 1801).
This specimen with black head belongs to the variety egeria Pascoe.
Here you can found another specimen (of a different variety).
