Seems to be another Ocularia (sorry, the photo was taken without a microscope).
Uganda. 4 mm long.

Two species are listed for Uganda at Lamiaires du Monde: O. apicalis and O. grisescens. If it was O. grisescens here, then the beetle in photo below should be new to Uganda, because it has nothing apical.

Certainly it is an Ocularia.
I find some resemblances with O. cineracea Jordan, 1894 but I have got no key after 1950.
The description of this species from Congo is here, p. 203.

Thank you, Francesco. You might be right. Deep and dense punctation with very narrow intervals as well as patches of white pubescence seem unmistakable (I'll add a microscope photo later). Contrary to the description, I only cannot find anything rufous in antennae.

Well, let it be O.cineracea on this stage.
