With distinctly notches by the metasternum.

Looks like Sebasmia pexula Holz., but appears to have had a lot of the pubescence on the elytra rubbed off.

Dear Andre,
This species is rather Sebasmia vetusta because of the shape of the elytra. Vestuta is less elongated than pexula.
I have got the two species in my collection for comparison. Your specimen is a male with rubbed elytra.
