Have you taken other picture?
I guess it could belong to the Cerambycinae Glaucytini...

No, you right: it belongs to Saperdini, close to Menesia.

More exactly, it should belong to the genus Menesida.
The difference with Menesia is the minute structure of the claws... another reason because the splitting Saperdini-Phytoecini is simply non-sense.

This species, with black antennae, except for the articles 6-7, is Menesida planifrons Tippmann, 1951.

The Smithsonian website has a picture of the type of Menesida planifrons.

BTW, the name in the topic title is wrong. Should be planifrons.
