Please make a picture from the mesotibia in lateral view.
I think it is Mimosybra.
Sybra have more or less regular rows of puncture on the elytra. Mimosybra have a small tooth inside the mesotibia.

It's Mimosybra mediomaculata Breuning, 1939, the spine at inner side of mesotibia is visible at the picture above!
