This beetle might belongs to the genus Cacia.

Indeed: it fits enough the description of Cacia (Ipocregyes) nigrohumeralis Breuning, 1939 from India.

I don't think it could be Cacia (Ipocregyes) nigrohumeralis Breuning, 1939 which has been described from south India (Tamil Nadu.
