Maybe a spec. from the genus Pseudoterinaea/ Desmiphorini?
Pseudoterinaea bicoloripes is very similar, but without yellow spots.

It is a good idea: it belongs to Desmiphorini and the distribution of the genus fits.
It is not the same species, however.
There is only one species from Vietnam (P. nigerrima Breuning, 1964): I have not got the description, but, it does not seem to me a name for that species
