I think it could be Pseudanaesthetis langana Pic, 1922. Here the short - as usually - original description of M.PIC :
Pseudanesthetis langana n. sp. Elongatus, nitidus, rufus, membris nigris, femoribus ad basin rufis; thorace in disco fortiter pro parte foveato punctato; elytris sat fortiter punctatis. Long. 9 mill. Tonkin.
