Guizhou province, length nearly 12 mm; altitude ~1400 m, sweeping net on bush. I thought the white patch on the middle base of prothorax should be an obvious feature, but I could not find a match. Phytoecia? Any clue? Thanks. |

The aspect belongs more to Stenostola Mulsant (= Eumecocera, Nipostenostola). It may be S. callosicollis Breuning (here a very nice picture), but I have to check all species. |

Thank you Francesco! It IS an Eumecocera, I checked my specimen, the claw is appendicular, not simple as Phytoecia.
