It belongs to the genus Clytellus Westwood, 1853.

I need some informations:
1) Are the elytra longitudinally ridged?
2) Body size?

I don't have the specimen for this case, so I couldn't be sure. As far as I can tell from the picture, there is a short post-scutellum elevation running longitudinally and somewhat obliquely for a short length. The remaining area of elytra seems pretty smooth (the line reflections on the glabrous elytra can be tricky; they are the reflections of the legs).

This is a small beetle. Somewhat larger than Exocentrus sp, so it is around 6mm in length. Sorry, couldn't be more exact.

mmmhm... difficult.
However, you can download the key to the Malayan Clytellus provided by Hayashi here (last page).

P.s. Many compliments for your second star!!!

I just received a mail by Alexandr Miroshnikov stating that this species is Clytellus shibatai Hayashi, 1977.

Thank you a lot, Alexandr!
