It seems the same than this one from Hua Phan, north-east Laos.
With Contribution to the Fauna of Longhorn Beetles in the Naban River Watershed National Nature Reserve, Wiegel, Meng & Lin 2013 I determined it like Chlorophorus annulatus (Hope, 1831)
